 Introduction to the EFI ignition coil plastic shell PBT |
| In 1996, Cixi Xieli Automobile Electrical Appliances Co.,Ltd. cooprated with Beijing Distributor Factory and FAW Sihuanchangqing Automobile Electrical Appliances Factory to develop the EFI ignition coil plastic shell which can purify automobile exhaust. PBTGF30 is needed, therefore we tried dozens kinds of PBTGF30 both domestic and oversea. But we failed and found such kinds of PBTGF30 were embrittlement cracking, incompatible in character. They couldn't pot resin, much less passed repeated hign-low temperature tests.The electrical property also couldn't reach the standard. Under such circumstances, we started technologic researches under the guidance of technical staff in State Ministry of Chemical Industry. After 36 times of tests which lasted as long as one year and eight months, we finally developed modified PBTGF30. |
